We pay attention to every detail to ensure the most comfortable stay when you are a resident with us.

Convenient rent payment Through the Online Resident Portal. You can pay online with Echeck from your bank, Debit Card or Credit Card. You can also set up automatic payments so that you are never late on rent.  We accept monthly payments, Semester Payments, or Yearly payments.  We also take checks, Paypal, Venmo, and Cash App.  

We also accept Financial Aid Awards through FAFSA, Parent Plus and other Student Aid/Loan Programs. 

Private, Keyed, Bedrooms are Furnished with Full or Queen sized bed, Desk, Dresser, Chair, Side Table, Closet or Armoire. 

The living room is furnished with Sofa Set, Coffee Table, Side Tables, TV Stand, 40-55" HDTV, and Dining Table. 

The kitchen is stocked with Pots, Pans, Dishes, Silverware, Utensils, and Small Appliances (Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster Oven)

We take all the hassle out of leasing, whether it’s a single room for one or a whole home to students who already know each other. Our individual leases (one per bedroom) protect each Resident, as each is responsible only for their own lease and they are not tied financially to any of their other housemates. In traditional rentals, everyone living at the property is required to sign on to a single lease.  Everyone is liable for the entire amount of rent, utilities, utility deposits, and credit checks.  This means that if one housemate is unable to pay rent or bills (because of financial difficulties, problems with student loans, having to leave school, etc.) the other housemates are then legally responsible for paying the difference.  Why have your money, rental history, and credit history on the line for another person over whom you have no control? With our rentals, you are always protected, as you only have to worry about taking care of your own lease.

There’s nothing quite like gaining independence by living away from home. Our off-campus student housing provides the chance to live independently whilst removing some of the pressures that come from renting privately, and without being overly monitored and restricted in a college dorm.  Learning to cook and to begin to take care of yourself fully is an invaluable experience before venturing out into wherever your career may take you after you graduate.  Being prepared and experienced in the "real world"  will help you be more successful. 

Minutes to Downtown Sarasota, Ringling College, New College of Florida, USF Sarasota,  Keiser College, Mote Marine Aquarium, Sun Hydraulics.  Many homes are Walkable to Ringling College of Art and Design as well as the Walmart Grocery Store.  All Homes within 1-mile os of Ringling Collge of Art and Design, USF Sarasota, New College of Florida. and Sun Hydraulics,  Proximity to Ringling College of Art and Design for most properties is never more than 18 Blocks away down Old Bradenton Road. Even living 15-20 minutes away from campus can turn into a commute time of 30-45 minutes in Sarasota traffic, especially during the winter tourist season months. Why spend your time in the car commuting when you can spend that time on your studies or your much-needed downtime? 

Since we have been offering student housing in this area for 18 years and live in the area ourselves, we only buy and lease homes in safe areas located near the Colleges and Downtown Sarasota.  However, all properties are equipped with Alarm Systems and Security Lights for peace of mind.
